Avana cityview is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The apartment complex is nice, and the tenants are very kind as well. It has a very unique feel as it is in almost a forest where you feel like you’re enclosed by nature instead of in the city, which is very nice
the leasing agents are amazing and helped me with every step of the way.
They are very professional and very patient.
They were quick and clear and on a daily basis, go above and beyond to provide for the tenants
They did a... very good job helping me move in quickly, and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate it. I would recommend this apartment complex to anybody looking for something affordable in the area. Also, this apartment complex is very safe and feels like it is in an enclosed environment, almost like it is in a nature reserve. Always nice to see deer walking past the dog park.
It gives you the feel that you are in nature, but you also are in an apartment. It doesn’t get much better than that.

The community has undergone major improvements, and it is beautiful. However, there are major maintenance issues with the older apartments.
