Just moved in here. I found some minor problems during my move in inspection. They were fixed immediately. Very responsive.

I’ve had the pleasure of living here and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The apartment complex is beautiful, well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. The staff is always friendly and helpful, responding quickly to any maintenance requests or questions I have. The grounds are clean, the pool area is always well-kept, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming.
The location is also perfect, with easy access to Barrett Parkway, Cobb Parkway, I-75, nearby conveniences,... parks, shopping centers, etc. I really feel at home here and love how the community fosters a sense of connection. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful living experience!

DO NOT MOVE HERE. You will not receive appropriate response time and the units are not new/cleaned. Upon move in last week, I did not have a washer and dryer in my unit. The counters in my kitchen were stained all over, the toilet seat is dirty and broke, and the bathtub is clogged. I've called and left a message, emailed, and stopped by in person. I STILL do not have a date on when my washer and dryer will be delivered, whie they have simply ignored the other issues. Most of the management is... offsite so receiving direct support is near impossible. All pictures are from move in.

After you sign the lease the customer support is awful, the worst. Will not respond to emails or voicemails, if you visit the office they tell you to email someone who never gets back to you. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

When I first moved in the leasing office was easy to reach and pretty helpful(August 2021). Now no one is ever in the leasing office when its supposed to be open. I’ve called multiple times before and alway get sent to the after hours line. And they can’t do anything but take notes and tell me the office will call me back (which they never do). I go the the office and the door is locked. Do not get me wrong they are there sometimes but MOST of the time they are not. It’s annoying when you have a... problem and no one is there to help. The apartment i’m living in is overpriced for a unrenovated apartment. In general It could be better
