Great community with so many amenities. All the staff is very welcoming and super nice. We have the best maintenance crew any apartments/ condos could ever ask for ! This is a nice and quiet community with a gated parking garage which is always good .

Annett has been a really fun and chill experience. In my twenty days of being here I’ve enjoyed the amenities, the quietness, the location, and overall residential experience. The staff is very nice and understanding, and make it worth being an Annett resident. I’ve enjoyed my stay so far, and I’m happy to be an Annett resident.
