The Blake is a great place to stay

While no student housing is perfect, The Blalke sure does come close to it. With their great amenities and workers, The Blake always makes sure to go the extra mile. The maintenance team is efficient at what they do, and the leasing teams always make sure my problems are addressed.

The Blake at Kennesaw

As a college student, living at The Blake has been a really solid experience. The location is super convenient to Kennesaw State University, which makes getting to campus easy, and there are plenty of food and shopping options nearby.
The apartments themselves are modern, clean, and comfortable, and I really appreciate having my own space while still living with roommates. The amenities are great for students—especially the study areas and common spaces, which are perfect during exam season... .
The staff has also been very helpful and friendly whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance, which makes a big difference when you’re living off campus for the first time. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and communication has been clear overall.
If you’re a college student looking for off-campus housing near KSU that feels safe, convenient, and student-friendly, The Blake is definitely worth considering.

I have been living here now 11 months and I have been happy here since my move-in in January. I have used every amenity here, but the pool but I do plan on using next spring! The staff here are very nice and the maintenance staff by far are the best!

The Blake is a terrible property to live at. They do not prioritize resident concerns, leasing agents are often rude and unhelpful, and the property manager is not communicative and hard to find. They will hold you to the leasing agreement, while not following on their side. It has been extremely frustrating living here, once I leave I will not be returning.
