The staff is wonderful. Since I first applied down to getting my keys Brittany and Jaci have been welcoming and showed how much they cared for me and my family and that speaks volumes. Any issues that I had they were addressed in a timely fashion and that is what communities lack in today society. The community stays clean and presentable and if it wasn’t for needing a bigger space for my family, I would have definitely renewed my lease. I’ve loved my stay and anyone looking for a place to call... home The Parker is that place.

The Parker is a new complex and honestly is all around great. I’m not far from grocery stores, or gas stations, and even downtown acworth is super close so there is always something to do!
The leasing staff is amazing, they are so kind and helpful and knowledgeable on everything and were ready to answer any questions!
