The Flats at Atlantic Station is a Student Only apartment community. Indulge in an elevated lifestyle at The Flats, the trendy mid rise in Atlantic Station offering student living on the edge of the Georgia Tech campus, with a complimentary shuttle to Marta, and steps away from the Georgia Tech Stinger shuttle. All apartment homes are fully furnished and feature espresso wood plank flooring, Granite Kitchens, black appliances with built in microwave and a flat screen TV in every unit. Parking is FREE and plentiful in our six story gated parking garage. All entry points into the garage, residences and amenity areas are controlled access restricted with state of the art camera surveillance in place.

Location is great. Maintenance is good and efficient. The apartments are spacious. Paying the rent is hard has been.. while it shouldn’t be, because of all the change of platforms etc. hopefully this issue is resolved now.

Genuinely a great place to live. The building is clean and well kept, neighbors are friendly, and the management team responds quickly to maintenance requests. It’s quiet at night, walkable to transit. I feel safe, the amenities are reliable, and the community events make it easy to meet people.
