The Flats at Atlantic Station is a Student Only apartment community. Indulge in an elevated lifestyle at The Flats, the trendy mid rise in Atlantic Station offering student living on the edge of the Georgia Tech campus, with a complimentary shuttle to Marta, and steps away from the Georgia Tech Stinger shuttle. We are also convenient to Georgia State University (GSU), SCAD, Morehouse, Spelman, Clark Atlanta and other local Atlanta Universities.
All apartment homes are fully furnished and feature espresso wood plank flooring, Granite Kitchens, black appliances with built in microwave and a flat screen TV in every unit. Parking is FREE and plentiful in our six story gated parking garage. All entry points into the garage, residences and amenity areas are controlled access restricted with state of the art camera surveillance in place.

It was amazing to be at flats, the apartment was located near my campus and the commute was good. The stores like IKEA and target are nearby so it is of help. The staff was pretty nice with maintenance issues

Building is quiet and respectful. Don’t like how the garage rooms are always full making it so hard to empty trash. Landlord communication is weak.

I been to a couple student apartments. And this is by far my favorite. The price is affordable for college students, and the amenities is great

Location is great. Maintenance is good and efficient. The apartments are spacious. Paying the rent is hard has been.. while it shouldn’t be, because of all the change of platforms etc. hopefully this issue is resolved now.
