It was amazing to be at flats, the apartment was located near my campus and the commute was good. The stores like IKEA and target are nearby so it is of help. The staff was pretty nice with maintenance issues

The apartments are nice, the staff is always friendly, and I enjoy the various events they host. I wish mail was put away more often and some of the common facilities were cleaner.

Building is quiet and respectful. Don’t like how the garage rooms are always full making it so hard to empty trash. Landlord communication is weak.

Location is great. Maintenance is good and efficient. The apartments are spacious. Paying the rent is hard has been.. while it shouldn’t be, because of all the change of platforms etc. hopefully this issue is resolved now.
