I have been living here for about a year and a half and love it. I love the location and how it is tucked back a little bit in west midtown but everything is still within a 5-10 minute drive.

Communication is Key and they are missing the mark with that. It is important to residents to know what is going on about the community in real time and I hope it gets better else I will not be renewing.

Staff is helpful. Cleaning crew cleans elevators and lobby area every morning around 7. People curb their pets. Valet trash pick up is mostly reliable. Overall peaceful.
