Private bedroom and private bathroom in a furnished 4 bed / 4 bath apartment at Parliament, about a mile from KSU and on the shuttle route. Bedroom includes bed, desk, and dresser. Washer and dryer in unit, granite counters, stainless appliances.... Rent is $889 base, roughly $920 with fees (WHICH I WILL COVER), and includes internet, water, sewer, trash, and an electric allowance. Individual lease, so you cover only your own room. Amenities include a 24 hour gym, pool, sand volleyball, theater room, and game room. All male unit with only one roommate currently living there. KSU enrollment required.
