Liked how they helped me with the move in. They even gave us a hand to move stuff in. I know everyone says they don’t answer phones. Apart from that they are very nice and helpful

I would like to thank and appreciate the new team/management. There work speaks for itself. The Manager, Maintenance and Front office are quick to respond to issues in a timely manner. Been here for 3 years and this is the best that I have seen. I love what you are doing to maintain the place and I know sometimes it can be overwhelming because of how you found it. 1. First, if it wasn't for the cheap rent, I don't think anybody would be living here but know this- YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. The walls are thin, things are falling apart, the appliances are outdated, the playground and pool are trash. 2. Even from the application process I had issues. I was giving a move-in date of a Friday. I hadn't heard anything so on the Thursday before, I called and asked what time I should come to get the keys. I was then told that there were things i needed to fix on my application and that they would have to send it out again. WHY DIDN'T ANYONE CALL ME BEFORE THE DAY BEFORE TO TELL ME? I didn't end up moving in until 1 week later...
