Overall, it’s a really nice place to live. It comes with great amenities, but if you’re a person that get hot easily it’s not the place for you. The rooms on the end run really hot and all they’ll offer you is a really loud in room a/c unit, after months of back and forth communication and complaints about the issue. Also, you can’t pick your roommates initially so take that into account, if your having problems about cleanliness and them having lots of company the leasing office will not get involved at all.

I loved living here at first but it has been more and more disappointing. The pool has been closed for parts of last summer and now this summer. The noise from the pool to the units is so loud and you can hear everyone talking, playing music, etc. When you move in, the apartment says they do tons of events however that isn't really that true, they do a ton of events to draw in new residents so if you live here and aren’t on their renewal list there’s gonna be max five things that you can participate in. All the girls in the leasing office are so kind and try to be as helpful as they can be however due to management if you have an issue you may be waiting weeks or even months for your issue to get fixed. There tends to be a lot of parties here that can pretty much be heard everywhere and if you like to sit outside and relax or even just when leaving the apartment you may get a contact high with how many people smoke because the no smoking rule isn’t enforced. I did NOT renew my lease.
