Terrible Experience Since Management Change

I have been living in this property for about three and a half years. The property recently changed its name from Cortland Watermark to Harbor & Pine. Under the Cortland Watermark management team, the services were exceptional. Unfortunately, the new management team does not seem to care about residents’ concerns.

If I could, I would give them zero stars. It has been one and a half months since my dishwasher stopped working—water remains trapped inside and it needs repair. My wife and I have... visited the office about ten times, called three times, and even spoke directly with the property manager once, yet no action has been taken. I even mentioned that my wife is pregnant and that we rely on this appliance since we are both working full time.

I cannot recommend this property. If you are looking for a community with responsive and caring management, I suggest considering other options.

Extremely well managed community in walking distance to shopping, groceries, and restaurants. Spacious floorplans with beautiful views of the mountain. Peaceful lake with water fowl, outdoor kitchen, and picnic tables. Best deal for the money. We'll kept grounds in a safe environment. Extremely lucky to be here!

Cortland Watermark despite it's age is well maintained, safe and clean. It has a nice mix of families, students and older adults. The office is well managed and the responses to problems or questions is very good. I've lived here for about 5 years and the location is hard to beat.
