Living here has been a wonderful experience! I have had no issues since living here the last 6 months. The staff is friendly and helpful. The apartment unit is clean and updated. I am most impressed with the response time of maintenance requests. The amenities and gym are well maintained and the walking path next to the lake is beautiful. From all the apartment complexes there are to choose from, I'm very grateful to have found a gem. Thank you guys!

Cortland East Cobb has to be one of the best communities/apartments to live in the northwest metro Atlanta area. I’ve toured plenty of places and i was the most impressed with this community, you definitely get what you are paying for. I’d recommend this community over most in the area. I love living here! I love everyone who works here. Could not be happier. I had a few boards on my deck that were bad so I put in a ticket. Next day when I got home- I had a brand new deck! How amazing is that? They could have gone the cheaper route and replaced one or two boards- but they redid my entire deck.
