The Nest

Hello everyone! I’m looking to relet my apartment at U Club on Frey. It’s a 4x4 flat unit with a private bedroom and bathroom. The apartment comes fully furnished and includes an in-unit washer and dryer.
It will be ready for move in at the end of... December 2025.
U Club is pet-friendly, and the current roommates are all sweet, clean, and easy to live with (all female).
-If you would like to live with a friend there will be two other spaces apart from yours, free in the same apartment.

Rent is $950! (Move in fee will be paid for!)

-It is only 3 min from campus and if need the BOB comes and is the closest off-campus housing to KSU.
