My move in day was August 23rd. I couldn’t speak to management earlier today because they were in a meeting, so I told them I would come back. At around 5:45pm the same day, I went back to the leasing office and was meet with utter disrespect. My mom, my sister, and I walked into the office and waited for the leasing agent to acknowledge us. She was talking on the phone and never looked at us. After a minute, she dismissed us and told us that we needed to talk to the front desk about our issue. The only person at the front desk was the security guard! I said that we would wait and I pulled up a chair in front of her desk. After 5 minutes, she told us to talk to the front desk again with a VERY nasty attitude. When we told her that we had a leasing issue and needed to talk about it, she finally told us that the manager had left already and that she couldn’t help us. NASTY, NASTY, NASTY!!! If you are incapable of customer service and workplace professionalism, it’s time for you to find another job. I’m not moving into this roach infested, deteriorating, mismanaged apartment.

Management not responsive
Management was very responsive when my daughter was signing the lease to the apartment and during the tour. She had to terminate the lease before she even moved in, and she let them know and they were able to rent it out to someone else. I understand that they would keep the application fee, but they also kept the first month's rent that was pre-paid and although I've contacted them numerous times, they do not return emails or calls or they say "the check is in the mail" when it is clearly not. The lesson here is they will do what they can to get you in the door, but they will not continue that level of service when you need them.

1 year Resident. Expensive (not rent) and Misleading
Expect to pay $250+ when you move out. They’ll find a way to charge you cleaning fees even if you have everything cleaned out. Do not fall for the ‘we are under new management now’ claims and make sure you look at reviews of people who actually lived there. Expect your packages to go missing and no one having any clue where it might be. Find a better spot than this unless you have plenty of cash. Not very financially helpful especially for college students (I’m talking about fees not rent).
