Appliance maintenance Submitted multiple tickets towards regarding the ice maker on the freezer not making ice. Finally received a maintenance tech who submitted for the refrigerator to be replace. Next visit, different maintenance tech came and did not replace the refrigerator to address the issue.

Refrigerate failure Our refrigerator went out on Friday evening. Maintenance had us a replacement by late Saturday afternoon. Great service.
