It’s a 4x4 apartment. You’ll have a private room and bathroom.

Rent is currently $939 a month, though it will increase to $959 in August. The only utility you’ll need to pay is electricity, which is split among the 4 tenants.
There is on site maintenance. You just need to put in a request.
There is free parking
I’ve already moved out my stuff, so you can move in immediately. I’ve already paid for the month of June and I’ll also pay for July if you move in immediately.
