Dont believe these fake reviews, this place is trash across the board, poor management , roaches everywhere and i mean everywhere, old and rotting wood , crime/car breakin’s daily. Not a good place to live at all

I've been at M Street for 3yrs and they have been actively working to make this the best living experience.

There are so many things wrong here. The staff can be so rude and dismissive at times. So many things are constantly broken and it's hard to get safe or like there is and sense of urgency when gates or doors are broken or vandalized. There doesn't seem to be concern about making sure anything is in order except then getting their money

They really go the extra mile for their residents in the midst of the pandemic. Available around that clock to meet our needs and the Wednesday wine events are turned up!

Management is the absolute worst and don’t think you can get any help from Corporate. They are unresponsive and don’t care. Car break ins, money stolen if you don’t pay with a credit card, rude staff, stolen packages. I can go on and on.
