Hi! We’re looking for a 4th roommate for our 3 bed / 2 bath apartment at Lumin East Cobb. This is 1 of 2 listings we have available for the unit.
The apartment is on the 3rd and top floor, and all common spaces are already furnished. This is not... student housing, so the only space you would be responsible for furnishing is your own bedroom.
This listing is for a private single bedroom with a shared bathroom, which would be shared with 1 other person.

There are currently 3 roommates, including myself, and we are looking for 1 more roommate. We are looking for women only. All of us are Architecture / Construction Management majors, so our schedules can vary, and we are looking for someone who is okay living with night owls.
To keep things equal, we also expect the new roommate to put either Wi-Fi or gas in their name. We keep the apartment clean by having monthly roommate meetings where we divide up weekly cleaning responsibilities for the common spaces.
The unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer. Pets are allowed as long as you are able to cover the monthly pet rent and one-time pet fee.
The apartment is approximately 10–15 minutes from the KSU Marietta campus. It is across the street from Kroger, Chick-fil-A, and Aldi, and it is also close to the expressway.
The application process is through the leasing office, but we would love to have one person signed onto the new lease.
