Great complex! The staff is always welcoming and has the door open if you ever need anything at all. Work orders are always completed in a timely manner, and they truly care about their residents. They also host resident events almost every month, including breakfast on the go, bingo, Wine Down Days, and more. It’s clear that they go the extra mile to create a welcoming and enjoyable community for everyone!

One of the best places i lived since moving to Georgia. Very welcoming to me and my boys. My boys are blessed with so many great Aunties. The neighbors are great!

I’ve been living here for about 3 months now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my decision! I signed my lease sight unseen, which was definitely a little nerve-wracking, but everything has exceeded my expectations. The maintenance team is always quick to respond and takes care of any issues promptly. I also really appreciate the community events—they’re a great way to meet neighbors and feel more connected to the community. Most importantly, the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, which I absolutely love. So far, I’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a quiet, welcoming place to call home!

I’ve really enjoyed living at Legends at Laurel Canyon! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a great atmosphere. My apartment is spacious, comfortable, and feels like home. The amenities are also a huge plus, especially the pool and the overall grounds. Everything is kept clean and there’s a really nice sense of community here. The staff has been friendly, helpful, and responsive whenever I’ve needed anything. Moving can be stressful, so having a team that is easy to communicate with makes such a difference. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience at Legends at Laurel Canyon and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live in the Canton area!
