This is a house share. I am renting two unfurnished upstairs bedrooms with a full bathroom. Laundry is available in the house. The tenant will have access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, and backyard.

IMPORTANT: I have two Jack Russell... terriers. If you do not like dogs, this is not the house for you.

Rent includes: electricity, gas, water and sewer, and garbage pickup. The house also has fiber internet. The subdivision is a safe, quiet, family-oriented neighborhood.
