Greenhouse Apartments, Apt close to campus

If you go on the Greenhouse website, you can see the layout, "Lilac", my unit is the layout with a balcony. We would both have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. My last roommate was very cleanly, so her room is in the same condition it was moved in to!... The place is already furnished for the most part: couch, dining table, etc. My last roommate owned some of the furniture (coffee table, etc) so I am in the process of replacing the gaps! The unit is carpeted except for the kitchen and bathrooms! The unit comes with a balcony, and is on walk-in level so no third floor climbs everyday. I have a very friendly cat who will mind his own business. I am an engineering student so I prioritize the grind, lol, would love for some household synergy. No preferences on gender as long as you are cleanly.

There is enough space in the unit for both of us! If you have your own plates, there is space! If you like your coffee table more, I am happy to compromise! I would encourage us to buy groceries separately, but other than that I am happy to share everything.
