Two private furnished bedrooms available in a quiet single-family home in Kennesaw, a short drive from KSU's Kennesaw campus. Ideal for students who want a clean, calm, study-friendly living situation.

Rent includes ALL utilities plus internet (fair... use allowance detailed in lease).

You'll share the kitchen (with dedicated fridge and pantry space for each tenant), laundry (washer/dryer in home), and common areas with one other student tenant and the owner, who lives on site and keeps the home well maintained.

Free street parking included; optional garage space available for $50/month (one space, first come first served).

No pets, no smoking. One month's security deposit (fully refundable). Flexible on lease terms.

International students welcome to apply.

Co-signer, additional deposit, or prepaid rent may be required for applicants without qualifying income or US credit history
