This is a clean, stylish, and updated three story town home, waiting for a third female housemate to live with two other Freshmen going to KSU. The room available is on the ground floor, which has a closet, and a full bath next to it. The first floor... has access to the front door and the garage. The 2nd floor has an open modern kitchen with a dining and living area, a powder room and an outdoor deck overlooking a forest. The third floor has two bedrooms each with their own full bathroom and the laundry facilities. The town home is situated on a safe, short street of only about 50 town homes...very quiet and private. It is within walking distance to the KSU Athletic Facility and nature path, several restaurants on Chastain Road, nestled between 75 and 575, and close to the mall, Publix, Walmart, and hundreds of other great stores. The current housemates are freshmen women who are studious, quiet, non-smokers and don't party.
There is a resident cat, but we are asking for no additional animals please.
