Female 3x3 at The Blake

I’m subleasing my private room + bathroom in a 3x3 fully furnished unit at The Blake! Unit has all girls, includes a dishwasher, balcony, and in-unit washer and dryer. It’s 2 minutes away from campus and walking distance. The complex has a shuttle to... campus, pool, gym, basketball and volleyball courts, and study areas. My building is right next to the guest parking lot so it’s super convenient for when you have guests over. The lease runs until the end of July with an option to renew. Move-in is flexible starting May 12. I pay around $1,150 every month including utilities, but I will pay for the month of May and half of your rent for June and July. You’ll only be paying $650/month, but I’m willing to negotiate further.
