Amazing staff! Convenient area
I currently live in a studio apartment. Whenever I had a problem the staff always came through and went above and beyond. One particular instance is when I left my phone in an uber and one of the staff members was able to call the uber and waited with me to get my phone back. They also put a lot of effort into building events and I highly recommend attending. Overall very nice people in a convenient area for me with a lot of amenities.

Wonderful staff, great community
Not only is Entra an incredibly convenient and safe alternative for housing for students all across the AUC, I could not have asked for a better set of staff members ensuring the building runs smoothly. Living at Entra comes with many benefits, some large and some more nuanced, but there are always things to do and ways to engage with the building. I’m big on their free snacks, so I visit the office nearly everyday to grab myself some fuel, and I’m always greeted warmly, which is wonderful. I love the three musketeers up in the office, my heart goes out to you as amazing parts of the Entra experience.

Living at Entra
Living at Entra was convenient as a student in the AUC, but the building itself is complete chaos. There is a constant smell of trash in the hallways because the trash rooms are always full. The lack of security left so much room for unfortunate situations to occur during my stay. Packages were stolen, rooms and cars were broken into, homeless people consistently roamed the hallways, etc. The parking lot and garage gates were CONSTANTLY broken (which I paid monthly for and it was a complete waste) leaving anyone to come into the complex, bust windows, and break into cars. The new management is so worried about charging the residents for any inconvenience on top of rent, that it is not worth the price of living at all. There were many days that I felt uncomfortable or annoyed living here because non-residents would scream or run down the hallways disturbing residents, trash the hallways, or breaking the amenities meant for residents to enjoy. If the management wants students/residents to enjoy living there, they need to do better with actually trying to help fixing issues instead of charging residents for unnecessary issues like leaving their empty trash can out after 9 am.
