Overall 3131 Cortland is a decent place to live. As with any Property Management company there will be pros and cons. As well as with sharing space/walls with neighbors, you will have the bad experiences to come along with it on occasion.

Incompetent Management
One and only bathroom in my unit flooded from above when the upstairs shower valve broke one morning. I brought mold concerns up to management who continuously assured me everything was dried properly (insulation does not simply dry) and there was nothing wrong. I was forced to contact code enforcement who came out, found a mold violation, then issued a repair demand to the property. Only when management was legally required to make repairs regarding the mold did they take actual steps. Management will not listen to pleas regarding safety concerns regarding mold growth.
