Three male non smoking/vape, drug free, KSU Marietta and Kennesaw campus students (Seniors), looking for an additional roommate (student) for a 4 bedroom, 3 bath smoke free house, with large yard and deck, located in Marietta, off of Sandy Plains.... Room is available to be viewed starting Saturday 7.19.2025 and is ready to move into on 8.15.2025.

Home is centrally located to both KSU campuses, about 7 miles from either campus (per google maps). Close to shopping and dining.

Remaining bedroom is unfurnished and shares a bathroom with one other student. Due to shared bathroom would prefer roommate that respects cleanliness.

Tenants are looking for a candidate who is clean, respectful of noise and a shared environment. All tenants work together to maintain property.

Laundry on site and off-street parking available.

Room is $600 month, plus 1/4 of utilities (cost divided by number of roommates) and $600 deposit.
